§1 Applicability to Entrepreneurs and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in their version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(3) The presentation of the goods in our online shop does not represent a legally binding contractual offer on our part but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
Acceptance of the offer is made in writing, in text form, or by sending the ordered goods within one week. If the offer is not accepted within this period, it is considered rejected.

For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) The prices indicated include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Any shipping costs are additional.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery will take place no later than within 2 working days.
The delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer for advance payment and on the day after the contract is concluded for all other payment methods. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item is transferred to the buyer only when the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of a shipment sale.

§5 Retention of Title

We retain ownership of the goods until full payment of the purchase price has been made.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
